My name is Mica Cespedes. As a physiotherapist and Yoga instructor specializing in Swasthya and Vinyasa Flow, I fuse both disciplines to curate distinctive movement sequences.
Through manual therapy, I delve into the depths of our physical, mental, and spiritual realms. Drawing upon my expertise in anatomy, I employ myofascial techniques to alleviate muscle tension and enhance joint flexibility. This holistic approach not only seeks to alleviate physical discomfort but also offers a comprehensive experience aimed at promoting relaxation, tranquility, and energetic renew I consider myself passionate about movement because I believe that where everything flows, nothing stagnates. We are born with the freedom and awareness of our body, mind, and spirit, and we just need to remember it.
